Recreational Tumbling
Midwest provides the highest quality instruction to athletes of all ages and abilities.
Midwest Training offers two levels of tumbling classes: Novice & Expert. Classes are divided up based on skill level to better assist each and every Midwest athlete. These classes are typically designed for individuals who wish to tryout and successfully make their middle school or high school cheerleading teams.

Novice Tumbling
Girls & Boys | Ages 7 & Up
Novice Tumbling is a two hour class that provides each child with beginner skills required to progress through recreational tumbling. Based upon individual skill levels, the range of skills worked on includes, but are not limited to: cartwheels, round-offs, backhandsprings, and round-off backhandsprings.
Expert Tumbling
Girls & Boys | Ages 7 & Up
Pre-requisite: Novice Tumbling
This class builds upon skills mastered in Novice Tumbling. Based upon individual skill levels, the range of skills worked on includes, but are not limited to: series and tumbling combinations, back tucks, layouts and twisting.
