At Midwest, our athletes start with recreational classes from preschool age through masters. This training process allows the athlete to further enhance and develop their abilities. Our competitive gymnastics programs trains at both our Dyer and Crown Point facilities.

Midwest is proud to offer one of the top gymnastic programs in the state. We have had the pleasure of coaching several USAG state all around champions.

Our USAG Trampoline & Tumbling team competes within the USA Gymnastics Program. Competitive team members are made up of girls and boys, ages 4 and up. Our teams begin with our Jump Start program, a nationally known program for trampoline and tumbling that seeks and promotes young talented athletes. The fundamentals of tumbling are stressed and athletes are able to progress through to the elite level. Training schedules vary depending on the level your child competes in.

Midwest is proud to have developed many USA Senior National Team Members. Our coaches consistently turn young students into elite athletes that compete and win at state, regional and national levels. For more info on our competitive program, please call 219-558-8811.

Cheer Extreme Midwest is the most successful All Star Cheer program in Northwest Indiana. We serve the following cities, but not limited to; Dyer, Saint John, Munster, Highland, Schererville, Laporte, Griffith, Portage, Merrillville, Crown Point, Cedar Lake, Lowell, Hebron, Demotte, Rensselear, Valparaiso, Chesterton, Winfield, and many in Illinois as well!

Our competitive cheer teams are comprised of boys and girls, ages 4 and up. We encourage our athletes to participate in school cheer and other activities and get the most out of their school experience! Athletes are always expected to keep up with practice times, homework, jobs, etc. Please realize the importance of teamwork in our sport of competitive cheerleading. Dedication, loyalty and commitment to CEA Midwest are the most importance qualities for team members and parents.
